Ben Bullard
Ben became a Christian in high school after hearing the gospel at a Young Life study.
After college at UVA, he decided to stay in Charlottesville and worked as a data engineer. Around this time, he started the Southwood Youth study and served as a lay-leader at Jefferson Park Baptist Church in Charlottesville.
Ben eventually left his career to become a vocational elder at JPBC. While working at JPBC, he studied obtained a MDIV from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
In 2025, Ben was called to be the pastor of Mount View. He started full time at the beinning of 2026.

Donna Leavell
Donna is a Charlottesville native. She became a Christian at a young age.
She has attended Mount View Baptist since she was a small child. She attended when the church met in Burnley-Moran School while the current church building was being built.
Donna has served as Church Treasurer for many years. She also has held other positions such as Church Clerk, Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School director/teacher, Deaconess, and numerous church committees. She is married to John and their marriage has blessed them with four children, 11 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
